Born in Palermo / Sicily as the son of a banker family, Gino lives and works for more than thirty years as a composer, singer and producer in his second home „Hamburg“
He writes songs for himself and other artists, worked with teachers on his voice training, put together a live band and toured with great success e.g. in South and Latin America. After several successful album releases between 1989 and 2008 and further tours 

as backing band and music director, among others, for Umberto Tozzi , Ricchi e Poveri and Modern Talking, and so he created another mainstay.
Gino represented Italy 2 times, at the Festival „Vina del Mar“ - Chile.

● 2012 - ZDF autumn tv show - single presentation: Non amarmi with Rosanna Rocci.
● 2013 - Gino played at the baseball stadium Giants (SFO)

On this CD, Gino Castelli impressively presents a mixture of classical Italian songs and modern Italian pop music. The arrangements sound just as fresh and lively, enriched by a own, original note.

● 2016 - Gino sings for the "Open Ceremony" of the Karl May Games in Bad Segeberg.
● December 2016 Premiere of Gino's Four Seasons Project.
The Vivaldi Four Seasons, in a completely new version. A mixture of classical and electro music, all accompanied by fascinating images of nature and Fantastic dance choreographies. Great artists from the classical music and dance scene as well as sound freaks, have come together to put this innovative, exciting project into practice.
● 2017 - Gino wrote and produces the hit show "Ti Amo" for the TUI "Mein Schiff" fleet.
● 2018 - Tour through Germany with the program "Musica"

● 2019 - Opening concert of the "Island Hall" in Lindau

● 2020 - Gino receives the "Premio Sicilia" An award for singers, actors and people from culture and science who have brought the island's name to the world.

● 2022 - Since September, Gino has been working on a project that combines his Sicilian origins with his multicultural living. A musical style that binds the folk sounds of his land with his musical experience lived at 360 degrees.

● Gino's voice can be heard in the commercials of Asti Cinzano, Ferrero Rocher, Rewe, Dr.Oetker, Swisscom, among others.

● Since 1988 Gino Castelli has been involved in cooperation with Saarland Radio for the "S.O.S. Children's Villages".
